Day 30: Final Assessment (Full-Day Evaluation)

1. Theory Test (30 Marks)

Covers:

  • Domestic & International Destinations
  • Visa basics
  • Package components
  • Sales funnel
  • Objection handling
  • Follow-up strategies
  • Quotation creation basics

2. Practical Task (40 Marks)

Trainee must:

  • Prepare a full Domestic OR International Package Quotation (given scenario)
  • Include itinerary, inclusions/exclusions, costing, hotel options, and T&Cs
  • Submit PDF within 1 hour
  • Accuracy, presentation & pricing will be evaluated

3. Live Sales Role-Play (20 Marks)

Trainer acts as a real customer. Candidate must:

  • Greet professionally
  • Understand requirements
  • Ask qualifying questions
  • Present package options
  • Handle objections
  • Attempt to close the sale

4. WhatsApp Communication Test (10 Marks)

Candidate must:

  • Draft a clean, clear, persuasive WhatsApp message
  • Share itinerary, costing, and call-to-action
  • No grammar mistakes / no paragraph dumping

Passing Criteria

Minimum 70% required to pass.
Those who score 85%+ qualify for advanced sales training.
