2. Practical Task (40 Marks)
Trainee must:
- Prepare a full Domestic OR International Package Quotation (given scenario)
- Include itinerary, inclusions/exclusions, costing, hotel options, and T&Cs
- Submit PDF within 1 hour
- Accuracy, presentation & pricing will be evaluated
3. Live Sales Role-Play (20 Marks)
Trainer acts as a real customer. Candidate must:
- Greet professionally
- Understand requirements
- Ask qualifying questions
- Present package options
- Handle objections
- Attempt to close the sale
4. WhatsApp Communication Test (10 Marks)
Candidate must:
- Draft a clean, clear, persuasive WhatsApp message
- Share itinerary, costing, and call-to-action
- No grammar mistakes / no paragraph dumping
Passing Criteria
Minimum 70% required to pass.
Those who score 85%+ qualify for advanced sales training.
