About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Travel Consultant who can handle domestic and international holiday package sales, understand customer requirements, prepare itineraries, send quotations, and close sales through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries for holiday packages
- Understand customer travel needs and recommend suitable domestic/international packages
- Prepare customized itineraries, quotations, and costings
- Coordinate with hotels, transport vendors, DMCs, and suppliers
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings through effective sales follow-ups
- Maintain CRM records and update lead status regularly
- Provide excellent post-booking customer support
- Handle WhatsApp, calls, email communication professionally
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Languages:
✔ Hindi (mandatory)
✔ English (mandatory)
✔ Kannada (preferred ) - Good communication & customer handling skills
- Ability to prepare domestic and international itineraries
- Knowledge of popular destinations (Kerala, Goa, North India, Thailand, Dubai, Singapore, etc.)
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, WhatsApp Web, Email)
- Strong persuasion and sales closing skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple leads
Experience
- 0–3 years (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply)
- Travel agency experience is an added advantage
Education
- Any degree/diploma (Travel & Tourism background is an added plus)
Salary Structure
For Freshers
- 1-Month Internship + Training: ₹9,000 stipend
- Includes:
✔ Full training on domestic & international packages
✔ Sales training
✔ WhatsApp communication training - After Internship (Upon Clearing Final Assessment):
Salary starts @ ₹18,000 per month
For Experienced Candidates
- Salary: ₹25,000 per month (based on skill & experience)
Incentives
